14 Box Jumps (Rx 60/50cm)
12/10 Calories on Rower/Bike/Ski
10 Toes to Bar 
8 Handstand Push Ups

Rest 1 minute between sets

8 Toes 2 Bar OR Knee Raises
6 Handstand Pushups OR Push Press @ (Rx 15-35kg)
