10 each of Weighted Box Step-Ups to 60/50cm (5 reps each leg Rx 40/25kg Bar)
10 each of Hand Release Push Ups (with weight on back) x 10 reps (Rx 20/10kg Weight)
Side Plank x 30 seconds each side - synchronised
WoD #2
In Pairs (One works/one rests)
15 minutes AMRAP:
20 Clean & Jerk (10 each) @ 50% 1RM Jerk (Rx 50/35kg)
200m Run (Together)
20 GHD Situps (10 Each) OR Weighted Butterfly Situps
