Updates to Schedule


Some changes to the training schedule starting next week (from 19th November)
1. No more 7.00 pass wednesday mornings
2. We have moved the 09.00 pass on Saturday to 10.00 (and Open Gym from 11.00-12.00)
3. 18.45 Pass on both Mondays and Wednesdays is now a pure Intro Pass for those who want to test CrossFit for the first time.
4. 17.30 pass on Tuesdays and Thursdays are medium passes but open to anyone to book.
From Monday the 26th November the later lunch pass Mondays to Fridays will start at 12.45 and go to 13.30 and Open Gym 13.30 to 14.30. First lunch pass will be at the same time - 11.45 to 12.30
