1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Snatch @ Increasing Weights (Power or Squat)
Start around 40-50% Snatch 1RM and build up to find 1 RM 
Rest 60-90s between lifts

WoD#2:

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

20 Double Unders (OR 40 Single Unders)
12m Crab Crawl OR 4m Handstand Walk
12 Front Rack Lunges (Rx 40/25kg)
4 Muscle Ups OR 4 Jumping Muscle Ups OR 4 Ring Rows + 4 Ring Dips
