Skills: Thrusters/Chest to bar Pull-ups

WoD#1: Open Workout 13.5

4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (45 /30 Kg)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

WoD #2: 4 x 2 minute Tabatas

Sit ups 1x (20s work + 10s rest)
Sumo Deadlift Highpull (24/16kg) 1x (20s work + 10s rest)
Pushups 1x (20s work + 10s rest)
Airsquats 1x (20s work + 10s rest)
30 sec rest
 

Add the total reps from each Tabata - score is the lowest total of the 4 tabatas.
