Start around 50% 1RM Deadlift and build up to find 3RM (OBS: Slow "Touch and Go")

Rest 60-90s between rounds

Minute 1 30m Bear Crawls OR Advanced: 15m Handstand Walks 
Minute 2 12 Weighted Box Step ups (Rx 40/25kg)
Minute 3 12 Knees to Elbows
Minute 4 12 Front Squats (Rx 40/25kg)
