Skills: Back Squat

5/5/5 Back Squat

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where:
The first 8 tabata intervals are GHD Situps
The second 8 are Push-Ups
The third 8 tabata intervals are Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
The last 8 tabata intervals are Air Squats.

There is no rest between exercises
