Six rounds of:

30 sec Handstand Pushups
30 sec Bear Crawls 5 meters
30 sec Front Squat (50/30kg)
30 sec Rest 

Score 1 point for every rep completed.

WoD#2 In Pairs

Max L-Pullups
followed by:
Max time L-Sit with hands on 25kg Bumper Plates
Take turns on each exercise while partner scores - 3 attempts of each.
