45 Kettlebell swings (16/12 kg)
45 steps Walking Lunge

45 Push press (20/15 kg)
45 Back extensions
45 Wall ball shots (8/6kg)
45 Burpees
45 Double unders

For my birthday I want to see everyone post their results and we will compare it in a years time when we do the "Fabulous 46"
