WoD#1

Within 15 minutes find Max Lift of:

1 Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats (without putting the bar down)
OBS: If first snatch is a squat snatch it counts as 1 OHS 
Alternative 1 Clean + 3 Front Squats Max.

WoD #2

2 Mins - Max Rope Climbs (OR Down and Ups)
2 Mins - Max 10 meter Crab Crawls (Advanced: HS Walk)
2 Mins - Max Pullups (Advanced: Muscle Ups) OR Ring Rows
2 Mins - Max Box Jumps (Jump only - no Step Ups)
2 Mins - Max Handstand Pushups  OR Hand Release Pushups

Rest 60 seconds between each 2 minutes max.
