WoD#3 (7 min time cap)
For time:
30 Burpee muscle-ups
(Note: Muscle-ups can be sustituted with 1 Ring "Chest2Bar" + 1 Ring Dip OR 1 Ring Row + 1 Ring Dip with feet on ground OR lower ring so you can "jump up" to muscle up )
