WoD#1:
Every Minute on the Minute for 8 minutes (4 Rounds):
Minute 1: 10 Shoulder Presses @ 50% 1RM Shoulder Press (RX 40/25kg)
Minute 2: 10 Strict Pullups (use band as needed)

WoD#2:
Every Minute on the Minute 8 minutes 
First: 6 Burpees
Rest of Minute: AMRAP Wall Balls (Rx 9/6kg)
Try to keep the same number of Wall Balls each minute. Challenge yourself!

WoD#3:
Every Minute on the Minute 8 minutes 
First: 6 V Ups (Scaled: Situps)
Then: 6 Pushups
Rest of Minute: AMRAP KB Swings (Rx 24/16kg)
Try to keep the same number of KB Swings each minute. Push your Limits!!

WoD#2:
Every Minute on the Minute 6 minutes 
First: 5 Burpees
Rest of Minute: AMRAP Wall Balls (4-6kg)

WoD#3:
Every Minute on the Minute 6 minutes 
First: 5 V Ups
Then: 5 Pushups
Rest of Minute: Max number of KB Swings (8-16kg)
