3-3-3 Clean & Jerk @ 70/80/90% 1RM

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where: 
The first 8 tabata intervals are Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (24/16kg KB)
The second 8 are Situps
The third 8 tabata intervals are KB Push Press  (20/12kg) 
The last 8 tabata intervals are Air Squats

There is no rest between exercises
