WoD 1: For Time:

10 Shuttle Sprints (7m) on the start of every minute followed by:
AMRAP Knees2Elbows for the rest of that minute

Continue until you have come up to 75 Knees2Elbows in total 

WoD 2: 6 Rounds of

2 Wall Walks
4 Hang Cleans (60/40kg)
6 Box Jumpovers (45/30cm)
