New "Schema" from week 4
From next week (week 4) evening passes on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday will start 30 minutes earlier (17.00, 18.15, 19.30). Thursday 20.00 pass will be moved to 18.15. On Wednesday 20.30 we will have a "Tävlingsgrupp träning" for all those who are either planning to compete in Crossfit or really want to "Push their limits" further. This training will include more intense training, more advanced technique training, and training program tips.
