50 Box jumps (60/50cm)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (16/12 kg)
50 steps Walking Lunge
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press (20/15 kg)
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots (9/6kg)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders or 150 Single Unders

Time Cap 30 minutes

40 Jumping pull-ups
40 Kettlebell swings (8-16kg)
40 steps Walking Lunge
40 Knees raises OR V Ups
40 Push press (10-20 kg)
40 Back extensions
40 Wall ball shots (4-6kg)
40 Burpees
40 Double unders OR 80 Single Unders
