For time 10 rounds of 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 reps of:

Triple Unders (or 20/18/16.../2 reps of Double Unders)
Ring Rows
Handstand Pushups
Box Jumps (60/45cm)
GHD Situps
