Skills: snatch balance

2 rounds of:

2 min barbell complex (40/20 kg) + 30s rest
2 min box jump complex + 30s rest
2 min kettlebell complex (24/16 kg) + 30s rest
2 min bar complex + 30s rest

Barbell complex: 1 squat clean thruster + 1 snatch balance

Box jump complex: Burpee box jumps på lägsta till högsta boxen.

Kettlebell complex: 1 TGU + 3 SDHP + 5 swings

Bar complex: 5 pullups + 5 knees-to-elbows + 5 hollow rocks
