8 Goblet Squats (Rx 24/16kg)
8 KB Box Stepups (Rx 60/45cm same KB)
8 Power Snatches (Rx 50/35kg)
8 Burpees over bar
Time Cap 36 minutes

Seniorpass

Five rounds for time of:

12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerk
Same weight on bar - @ (10-25kg)

Time Cap 15 minutes

WoD#2

Choose between (1 of):
1. 5 min burpees to 15 cm over outstretched hands
2. 1.5k Row
3. 80 Cal Assault Bike
4. Run 1200m (400m x 3)
