1. 2 Teams
6 Rounds for time of:

Gymsled Push 30 meters
(Every member of the team push the sled 30m once per round in a relay) 

2. Teams of 2-4 persons
5 Rounds for time of: 

10 Box Jumps (each at the same time)
3 Tyre Flips (each in a relay)
Run 400m (each at the same time)
