Cash In 25 Synchronised Burpees

100 Pushups
100 Power Cleans (Rx 60/40kg)
100 Situps
100 Front Squats (Rx 60/40kg)
100 Wallballs
300 Double Unders (600 SU)

While 1 partner runs 250m the 2nd partner works through the other exercises then swap.

Cash Out: Run 400m together with Med Ball
