Skills: Ring Dips

A. In Pairs

7 rounds for time of:

One person does 5 Ring Dips with Medicine Ball (6/4kg) between feet
The other person does double unders during that time
Then swap

B. In Pairs

10 min On The Minute:

One person does 15 Thrusters (30/20kg)
The other person does 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
Then swap each minute
