In a team of 2 people complete the following, dividing reps any way you choose:

First Go down the ladder...
100 double unders or 200 SU 
90 med ball sit ups
80 kettle bell swings
70 push ups
60 wall balls
50 Burpees
40 pull ups
30 box jumps
20 dips
10 Squat Cleans @ 80% 1RM (Rx 80/55kg)

Then go back up the ladder...
20 dips
30 box jumps...
....
Finish with 100 DU or 200 SU
