Within 12 minutes each partner to find their 1RM Hang Power Clean
Using the same Bar.

WoD #2

In Pairs 18 minutes AMRAP:

10 Wallballs
10 Power Snatches @ 50% 1RM Snatch (Rx 50/30kg)
10 V Ups
10 Burpees
10 Push Press (Rx 50/30kg) 

First team member completes all reps of first exercise (Wallballs) then the second member does all of the second exercise (Snatch), 1st member does V-ups then 2nd member does Burpees and so on. One member works at a time.
